We will be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Goods purchased online must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original Bozomi Cashmere packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.

Sale  No returns for a refund on sale items (including flash/limited time promotions). Exchanges can be made on sale items.

The item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you have received it.

Please post returns to Bozomi Cashmere Ltd., Unit 4, 165 Granville Road, LONDON, NW2 2AZ and keep your proof of postage.

The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price within 30 days or your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were delivered to you.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products. We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.


You will receive a dispatch notice once your order has been sent out for delivery. Our delivery charges are set out on our website. We will deliver the goods to the delivery address provided at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is someone to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used. Bozomi Cashmere insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Any import duties or taxes charged in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Bozomi Cashmere is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Items sent overseas may be subject to delay due to customs clearance.

There will be a delay in dispatch during Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year. Plus items may take a little longer during peak times due to volume on the run up to Christmas.
